Starting up a new consultancy business has taken most of my focus since I left IBM in july. Six months of establishing the operation, registering the company, choosing a CRM-solution, getting certifications, finding a good system for book keeping, producing sales material – and not least – building a solid pipeline. It has taken a lot of time.
I have also used some time to focus on the Norwegian market with both technologies that I have chosen to work with: IBM Connections Cloud and Pipeliner CRM.
My competencies are within both areas as I have worked as a collaboration and social business expert during my 16 years at IBM. And also my former career as a business consultant within sales and personal productivity.
Not many of you readers know that I have written several books about sales and marketing – an lots and lots of articles on these matters.
So, at last I am on track with all preparations for my new business and will start up again with a more international focus and get more stuff published on this blog.
In the future you may expect to find articles on sales, marketing, personal productivity and social collaboration on this blog. I will also publish my second weekly newsletter in english – distributed by email every second monday morning. More on that later.
